Working Principle:
It adjusts the amplitude by tube-shaped violent YK rock circle vibrating screen of eccentric shaft and eccentric blocks. The body moves in a circle in order to get the materials screened. This series of YK rock circle vibrating screen do circular motion ,it is a new multilayer ,high-efficient vibrating screen. YK rock circle vibrating screen use the eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude.long materials streaming line, different screening specifications, it is with reliable structure ,strong vebrating force, and high screening efficiency, low noise, durable, easy maintenance, use safety, etc. The YK rock circle vibrating screen widely used in mining, building materials, transportation, energy and chemical and etc industry for product classification.
CHARACTERISTIC
1 .Sieve machine is mainly composed of a screen box, exciter, supporting system and motor.
2. Plate made of polyurethane rubber sieve plate, punching plate, steel plate and stainless steel plate and welding.
3. Eccentric type vibration exciter by adding the weight plates, can be adjusted in a certain range amplitude.
